Although a step removed from the day-to-day, he ensures strategic direction aligns with client needs (said simply, he ensures people get the outcomes they need!).
Fun Fact: Marcus once held his breath for 4 minutes during freediving training which he enjoys as a hobby.

I have over 12 years of experience in talent management, psychometric assessments, coaching and mentoring, and medico-legal work. With a background in psychology, I'm naturally curious about people and what makes them tick.
For me, it's never just about whether someone can do a job, it's about whether they'll genuinely thrive in it. Hearing feedback from families and case managers about how a Support Worker we found has made a huge positive impact in their daily lives is so heartwarming and drives me to keep finding the right candidate who can make life easier for more clients.
In my spare time I love anything creative. You will often find me painting, sketching or crocheting. I've recently signed up for a watercolour class too, and although I'm still very much a beginner, I'm loving every minute of it! I also love baking and experimenting in the kitchen, so if you have a family favourite recipe, please send it my way, you will absolutely make my day.

Angela is a Quality and Governance Consultant and will be the Registered Manager for Williamson, bringing the clinical leadership and governance expertise that underpins our regulatory standards and quality of care.
A Registered Nurse with over 30 years' experience, Angela specialises in quality, governance, and regulatory improvement across health and social care. She is known for rapid assessment and stabilisation of quality systems CQC readiness, post-inspection recovery, audit programmes, and governance maturity with a track record of supporting providers to improve CQC ratings and embed sustainable frameworks.
Her recent senior roles include Group Director of Governance & Quality at Active Care Group, with executive accountability across 30 regulated services, and Governance & Quality Lead at Eximius Live-In Care, where she designed a full Quality & Governance Framework and embedded a Complex Care Division integrating 300+ policies into practice. She has held Nominated Individual, SIRO, and Caldicott Guardian responsibilities.
Angela works alongside leadership and frontline teams to co-produce action plans and build the confidence, capability, and ownership that allow improvements to stick. She currently serves as a Board Director at CMSUK, sits on the Spinal Injuries Association Clinical Advisory Board, and received the Spinal Injuries Association Leadership Award in 2017.

Consultant Occupational Therapist & Case Manager
Minnieke joins Williamson as a consultant, contributing directly to our core assessments and care plans to ensure every package is clinically rigorous and person-centred. Her specialism is neuro-rehabilitation for adults with brain and spinal cord injuries, with particular depth in cognitive dysfunction following acquired brain injury. She builds evidence-based, tailored care plans that promote independence and quality of life.
Minnieke qualified at the University of Pretoria in 2003 and moved to the UK in 2005, going on to become Advanced Occupational Therapist at Harrogate Hospital in 2012. She spent a decade managing complex TBI and spinal cord caseloads at CCMS, and now works as a Clinical Case Manager with both Key Case Management and Abbie Udall Associates.
Alongside her case management work, she delivers private occupational therapy assessment and treatment for adults with brain injury through NeuroOT, a specialist brain injury rehabilitation practice in North East England. She also provides expert evidence through Fortius Expert Witness Service and holds the Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness certificate.

The Sketcher Project is a community brought together by brain injury, led by Beth Morris, offering creative workshops where people can connect, create, and be with others who truly understand. When we visited, the banter started the moment we walked through the door. We were humbled by the talent in the room.
When we decided to rebrand as Williamson, we knew we wanted the identity to mean something. So we asked the Sketcher Project community to help create it. Every texture, colour, and brushstroke you see throughout this site came directly from their sessions – created by people living with brain injury, and a reminder of why this work matters.
