Expert Care Provision
for Complex Lives

We deliver and support care for people with complex needs, shaped by our case managers, occupational therapists,
and the people we support.

Case Studies

Real families. Real outcomes.

A year of searching, then ten weeks to find the right person.

A nine-year-old with cerebral palsy. A mum who had been let down before. The person we found did not just tick every box -- she had grown up alongside cerebral palsy. Some things you cannot advertise for.

The brief was uncompromising. So was our approach.

A veteran with a brain injury living independently in rural Scotland. He did not want a support worker -- he wanted someone in his corner. When the new team member walked into that room, his family could finally exhale.

Not at full capacity for a very long time. We changed that.

Behind every understaffed care package is a family quietly holding things together. In Durham, we stayed the course until that family finally had the full team around their loved one that they had waited so long for.

Working with Case Managers and Families

Specialist recruitment, agency cover, and direct care provision for people living with acquired brain injury and spinal injury.

Direct Recruitment

Dedicated, campaign-based recruitment for acquired brain injury and spinal injury care packages. We provide expert input on how roles are designed and pay rates structured, then work until the right person is in place.

Agency Support

When a directly employed care team has a gap, the wrong cover can undo everything that has been built. We provide experienced, vetted support workers who understand complex ABI and spinal injury packages.

Complex Homecare

For ABI and spinal injury clients who need more than a recruitment service. We build and manage care teams around the individual -- nurse led, with in-house case management and occupational therapy expertise.

  • Specialists in ABI, TBI
and Spinal Injuries
  • Nationwide coverage
  • We are Clinically resourced in-house (case managers, OTs, and nurses on the team)
About Us

Everyone deserves care
that’s personal and dignified

We work with case managers, financial deputies, and families across the UK to build bespoke care teams for people living with acquired brain injury and spinal injury. That experience led us to take the next step — bringing together case managers, occupational therapists, and nurses to deliver complex homecare and agency support built around rehabilitative outcomes and continuity of care.

We are equally passionate about the bigger picture. We provide pay rate recommendations for directly employed care teams and contribute real-world evidence on the true cost and impact of effective long-term complex care — because getting it right first time matters not just for the individual, but for every decision made around them.

Our Creative Partnership

The Sketcher Project is a community brought together by brain injury, led by Beth Morris, offering creative workshops where people can connect, create, and
be with others who truly understand. When we visited, the banter started the moment we walked through
the door. We were humbled by the talent in the room.

When we decided to rebrand as Williamson, we knew we wanted the identity to mean something. So we asked the Sketcher Project community to help create
it. Every texture, colour, and brushstroke you see throughout this site came directly from their sessions
– created by people living with brain injury, and a reminder of why this work matters.
